Hole in the corner of my left eye (lacrimal carnucle area)

So my eye has been irritated for a few hours and I noticed a hole directly in the corner of my eye (towards my nose), level with my pupil. So not the two small holes on my lids. Is this normal? I looked at my friend's eyes and didn't notice any holes like the one I have.

Well of course I can't see what you're talking about but there is a small opening on the upper and lower lid that allows the tears to drain into the tear duct. It varies in size.  Google images pictures of "lacrimal puncta" and "eyelid structure

https://imgur.com/a/WPECF The image quality is not the best but you can see the hole. I'll try to take a better one if you would like.

As you said the resolution is not good but that does not look like a tear duct opening and thus you should see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for a proper diagnosis
Thank you
If you get a diagnosis please post.
