OS means LEFT EYE PHNI means 'pin hole no improvement' Dcc means distance with glasses. 3/80 appears to be a metric (rather than feet) notation. I don't know what ecc means In any that is very bad vision, in the numbers we use in USA worse than 20/400

Thank you. Had a retinal detachment with macula off July 2017. After reattachment, silicone oil removal, cataract removal + IOL, and YAG laser, this is what I found in my chart.
Hopefully your RE is much better. Take extremely good care of it, protect it from trauma, lead a healthy lifestyle as it will have to last you the rest of your life and is at increased risk because of the problems in the LE.
