How dan you have dry eyes if your eyes keep tearing all the time?
Dr. says I have dry eyes, but they keep tearing all the time and burn and sting also. Its been almost 2 months since surgery.
Eye doctors don't call it "dry eyes" we use "ocular surface disorder. Two types: first no tears that is called 'aqueous deficiency" the second tear all the time, bad quality tears that is called "lipid deficiency or evaporation type" What surgery?

are there drops or anything to use for bad quality tears? This is from cataract removal surgery.
