Persistent growing afterimage after 12 days

Around 12 days ago, When I woke up in the morning I notice a circle shape afterimage in down side of my right eye vision. a few days later a thick line grow on its left side of that circle. I went to several ER doctor but they found nothing. I visited a retinal specialist and he was able to find it and he asked me to take Fluorescein Angiography test.

These are the pics of tests.

He said it might be an infection and He asked me to take a blood test for infection, I will find out about the blood test results in next week. Yesterday I notice another line but thinner and curvy shape that has appeared on the right side of the circle on my vision.

I created how it looks like in photoshop and you can see it below.

I wear glasses, My eyes are myopia ( around 5 - 6.5 )
I am male and 32 years old and I have been under heavy stress in last month due to some problem in my work.
The night before this happen to me I have been under some other heavy stress the whole day as well, I masturbate on that night and I didnt sleep well, sweating alot and I woke up several times because of nightmare.

The circle is turned to a blindspot and the shape is semi blind spot. When I close my eyes I notice small flashes of lights, They look like stars that their light increase for half a second and then disappears. mostly on those afterimage shape area.

Today I am going to another retinal specialist, What do you think it can be?

The retina specialist told you what it might be and that additional tests are necessary.  The abnormal area is the white spot at the top of the photo, one photo has red arrow pointing to it.  A second opinion won't hurt. It is not "classic" so that a precise diagnosis can be made from the tests done so far.  It is not central serous retinopathy.

Don't quit your day job. Not CSR which affects the macula. The abnormal area is the white spot in the first JPG.
