Husband has extreme stretching of the eye
My husband has extreme stretching of the eye and requires a surgery where can i find agencies that can help with his problem. Also the doctor says he has global retnal integrity ( Don't Know What That Is.)

Global means referring to the whole, as in global economy. Integrity has a positive meaning. It COULD means the oppositie of global retinal dysfunction, which means there are problems. But we are not doctors, so call the doctor you saw, and find out what he meant.
And, like the doctors says, a second opinion doesn't hurt. Find a retinologist at www.aao.org.
Was the doctor he saw an md eye doctor? Make sure he was. If he was not, you need to go to an MD eye doctor.
