Hypertropia of right eye

Hi all. I recently realized that my right eye is higher than my left by 1-2mm. I googled and it's called hypertropia and can be caused by lazy eye. But my vision in my right eye is fine although there is occasional blurriness. My parents keep attributing this to fatigue from long hours of use of the computer but it is unavoidable since I'm in college.

Is it normal for my right eye to be slightly higher than my left?

Lazy eye is not a medical diagnosis since it is commonly used to refer to amblyopia, strabismus or droopy eyelid (ptosis). Most people have facial assymetry (that's why you hear people wanting their good side photographed). If one eye was higher than the other and they were not pointed at the same thing you would see double all the time one image higher than the other. So you don't have a hypertrophia.  You could have a latent vertical deviation hyperphoria but it also would not require any treatment. If your orbits are not on the same level that can't and should not be treated. So as long as you've had a recent exam by an eye MD ophthalmologist or optometrist you likely need not worry.
