I need help with vision (bright spots, veins, pulsations, pressure) help!

Hi!

I’m a 15 year old girl and over the past 1-2 years I have been having some eye issues that are concerning to me. I used to get a lot of ocular migranes mainly last year, but for the most part I don’t get them anymore. I have been noticing some vision things and am feeling really anxious.I often get bright spots like a camera flashing in my vision that start bright and dim to a dark spot and then fade out. I’m not sure what they are, but I’m worried it’s not normal. Also, I often can see veins in my eyes when it’s really bright and can see the outline of the veins when looking at the sky for example on a bright day. Another thing I have noticed are weird pressure spots when I look hard to the left and right. When looking to the left I see a dark spot on the right side of my vision  and same with the other side. I think it may have something to do with pressure? The last thing is a weird pulsation when exercising adn it’s bright out. At first I thought it was just my heart beat and I could see it but then I noticed when playing lacrosse I would look at the field and could see dark warpy masses moving around in my upper vision like where the sky was. I’m feeling very anxious and scared and have been to the eye doctor who said my eyes were perfectly healthy. help!

Seeing veins in your vision is normal. It's called an entopic phenomena. Read that section on wikipedia as some of the other things you describe are entopic events. (e.g. pressure spots when looking to far left or right).  The lights flashing in your peripheral vision if it lasts 5-20+ minutes or so could be another form of eye migraine, they often do not have headache associated with them. Also it is possible to "see" the pulsation of your heart reflected in your vision.   There are all kinds of "eye doctors"  Your exam should have been by an Eye MD ophthalmologist. If you just saw an optometrist or went some place like Lenscrafters you should see an eye MD.

Thank you! And my previous exam was by an eye md. I’m still a little confused on the warpy dark vision that I get skiing or in bright conditions. I know that heart beat pulsing is normal, but this warpy vision doesn’t seem to corralate with my heartbeat
Do you wear glasses or contact lens?
No
I'm sorry I cannot within a useful certainty tell you what would be causing that.
Do you think i should go to the eye doctor again?
If things have changed since you saw the EYE MD given how much concern its causing you would be a good idea. Additonal tests such as macular OCT might be indicated now.
