5 degrees is not much and should really not be affecting your vision that much. Rotating clockwise is more doable than counter so ask your surgeon which way he would have to correct. Risk is mainly damaging the capsule that hold the lens which could force a switch to a regular lens and rarely the other complications that apply to regular cataract surgery. I would only consider an adjustment if you uncorrected vision is worse than 20/40. Anything better than that and I don't think it would be worth the risk of another surgery.

I did not mention the cataracts were caused by vitrecomy's. No, the vision is not worse than 20/40 - it is just not like it was for 2.5 weeks after the surgery, which was the best I've seen in 30 years with or without glasses. The measurement is +.25 +.75 145. The other eye stayed as is ==> plano +.50 145.
I was told the only way to rotate is clockwise.
After what I have been though with two detached retina's with surgeries, worsening cataracts then two more surgeries - I do not want to keep being the 1 out of 100 that has an something go wrong.
