Complication of high myopia

my father is 54 years old and suffers from Severe myopia both eyes are -18 sph & -2 cyl and don't have Chronic diseases and from 6 weeks there is a blind spot in both eyes starts to appear and from month ago there is something like a Curtain starts to appear in both eyes and he visits doctors and they say it's severe degeneration of retina and macula and collapse of vitreous and there are Strands of vitreous attached to the retina and no one gives him a treatment so please if there a treatment tell me

i wish if there's any treatment or something to do

There is no treatment unless he develops a tears or macular problem from bleeding or leaking vessels.  Also, see a retinal specialist.
