Is macular degeneration and cornea injury curable?

I have macular degeneration on the rigth eye. This eye does not see. Recently I've had conjunctivitis on the left eye, and it had injured my cornea causing problems with sight. I can see, but it is slightly like a blur.
My questioins are: Is it possible to bring back sight from the right eye, which has macular degeneration, and is it possible to bring back normal sight from my left eye with cornea injury?

Sometimes it can be helped, some times it can't, extremely important to try and prevent the LE from getting macular degenerations. You need to see an Eye MD that specializes in retina/vitreous.  Only that can tell if you are helped. You can go to my home page "link" on this page in box "This Forum's Experts" go through the blogs and read the one on macular degeneration prevention.
