Redlines in my eye

there's some redlines in the white of my eye. I didn't know it was there until I looked in the mirror yesterday night!
Recently, I've been using computer and play video games a bit too much and I sleep at 11, could it be the reason why there's red lines? How do I make it disappear ? Is it a very serious eye infection? Would it make me blind?

The red lines are normal blood vessels. Probably your eyes are dry from overuse and this is making them red. Take a break and use OTC artificial tears. If your vision is decreasing or if you begin  to experience discharge, then schedule an appointment with an eye specialist.
