Issue with eyesight, Sensitivity to light, bluriness

I am having issues with my eyes, seeing starbursts and glares...but no halos.  Dizziness and pressure behind/around eyes. Blurriness in my peripheral vision, especially in my left eye.  The light sensitivity shows in both eyes.  A spot showed up in my retina scan, they concluded it was ocular histoplasmosis and sent me on my way.  Looking at the symptoms of OH, they don't match what I am experiencing.

I have noticed that I have a saggy browline and that my left eye is seeing the bridge of my nose/browline. Being that I have been to an Optometrist, Ophthalmologist, Neuro-Ophthalmologist, ENT and Allergist, I am starting to think that it is either something physical, Sinus related or maybe bloodflow/Artery related.

Where do I go next?

My CT scan came back normal, some slight allergy issues that we are working on.  Still having a terrible time with those headlights while driving.  They just seem so bright, like a flare of light.  Most of the led lights are giving me starbursts...  This has all started pretty suddenly. My next step I'm going to try going for prescription glasses with the anti-glare/reflective lenses

Something is off, doing a quick tracking test with my finger about 6in away from eye.  Tracking left, where the transition happens that the right eye gets blocked by the nose bridge, seems to be a nice size spot where I can no longer see my finger.  Happens going the other direction as well, but very briefly.

Can't make much out of those observations.  If it is concerning to you see an ophthalmologist Eye MD and have a dilated exam and visual field test.

If you have a focus problem with left eye it should have shown up when optom, ophthalmologist and neuro-ophthalmologist examined you plus 35 year old male should not have focus problem

I did have a visual field test done, with the white blinking lights.  Came back decently fine, thing is even though I saw the light doesn't mean that I saw it in focused.  My ENT is going forward and ordering a CT scan of my sinuses.  Another thought might be that I am having an issue with the focusing of my left eye.

Somewhere along the way you should have had a visual field (peripheral vision) test to be sure you side vision is normal.  Can't imagine you have not had that but if not that needs to be done.  If you want to push this to next level I would suggest discussing it with your neuro-ophthalmologist and ask about seeing a neurologist and having MRI of head.
