Keratoconus

I am diagnosed with Keratoconus in both eyes , my doctor said that disease has advanced more in the right eye and the only way to treat it is the corneal transplatation .I did a pentacam too
I have some questions now
How dangerous is this surgery?
how common is this case?
how successful are these surgery?

You should see a corneal specialist.  Collagen cross linking and Intacs are treatment short of a transplant.
