Light Sensitivity?

I have been having this strange symptom for about 3 weeks now & it's driving me nuts! I went to the eye doctor and the GP, both who told me I checked out fine. Bloodwork was run & the whole 9 yards. I'm 22 years old, for the record & in very good shape.

Basically what I'm experiencing are some issues that seem to be related to light sensitivity. I see almost 'blob' like dots in my vision that are not really defined or in the same spot - but one will pop up while I'm looking at the screen and distract me & sometimes I'll see a couple of them. They seem to almost "enhance" shadows, as well. They're totally see through & don't cause blind spots - but they're annoying! I'm slightly nearsighted & wear glasses for certain activities like driving, going to hockey games, etc... I work in front of a computer all day long in a poorly lit office & that's when I notice my symptoms to be the worst. If I'm doing actual activities like painting my nails or even driving - I don't really notice them. They also seem to be worse just after I blink. The spots never blink or flash & they are obviously worse when I'm concentrating on them. They seemed to start appearing just after I worked myself into a tizzy thinking I had a brain tumor or MS due to muscle twitches (those went away after I started taking vitamins). The anxiety is still underlying. I also notice that sometimes the right eye feels like it's "strained" .. never intense pain - but discomfort. Always when I'm looking at a computer screen.

Thoughts? Eye doc said my eyes looked healthy so I am stumped.

Seems to me you are talking about vitreous floaters (google it).   This has nothing to do with light sensitivity (photophobia).

I have the exact same symptoms and too have gone to the MD and checked out fine.  I feel like I'm kinda losing my mind because I keep hoping that I'm going to wake up each morning and my vision will be back to normal, only to be disappointed.  My symptoms have lasted about a week and a half.  More than anything I think that I am freaking out because I don't know what it is that is causing it.  If you found out any information please let me know. ***@****

Does this sound serious to you? Obviously I'm still worried about this being a symptom of a brain tumor.

i should also mention that I have had ocular migraines in the past, but this is nothing like those. I get some headaches throughout the day, but nothing that lasts more than 2-3 minutes. I hate my job - so I'm thinking that's what is causing those ;)
