Long term effects of a too strong glasses perscription
What are the effects of a too strong glasses perscription on a kid against myopia? I'm talking about around a -0.25 difference (but not more than -0.50). So e.g. instead of getting a -2.0 he got a -2.5 or -2.25. Will that affect the shape of the eyeball so it adjusts to the overcorrection?
NONE. It’s like saying if I gain an ounce of weight will it make me fat? If you were talking a full diopter that might have an effect
