Losing Sight

I have  an auto immune (inflammatory) disorder called Behcets. One generally will have eye problems but mine is different. My eyelid on the right eye is half closed all the time and now it is on the left eye also. It blocks my vision plus  I do have scars on the retina from untreated inflammation. I see some type of specialist but I was told the muscles/nerves are not working right. The longer I use them the worse it gets. I cannot see small print and now I have this situation with myeyes and do not know what it could be.
Anu ideas?
This web-site does not allow me to enlarge the font so I have to just look at my keyboard at to type.
ALL ideas are wekcome.
Thank you
Rosemona

I have been treated for the retinal Vasculitis and Neuro-Behctes with Cytoxan, which as worked wonderful for those two conditions.
The Ptosis is the problem because I did see the specialist and I am on Warafin for DVT/PE in May and he said not closer than 60 days after the Cytoxan due to the half-life. In addition, I have several gealth issues he said it is Ptosis and that does not normally occur with Behcets. But the longer I use my eyes they are just shutting so I am limited on how long I can read or use them for almost anything. My other conditions take presedance over the Ptosis, there are not drops or anything i can do about it,
The surgery would have to be under the lid (the incision) I do not have a lot of fat as why some people get this surgery then it is a plastic surgery procedure mine is not the care. He said one cannot be put under either as one has to interact so that to much skin is not removed.
At the rate this is progressing I will not be able to see...I am wondering if I should get a second opinion. He said there are not any exercises, drops or treatments to help it,
Any ideas that would benefit me or newer surgery more suited for my condition:
