Lump W/ Hole In Lower & Upper eyelid
I never noticed them but the one in the upper eyelid has like a circular thing in the eyelid above the lump with a hole (still talking about the upper eyelid), its putting a little bit of pressure and will it go away over night? I only have the lump in the upper eyelid in one eye
From your description I cannot offer a useful list of possible diagnoses. You can post a photo if able. I suspect it will not go away overnight.

There is this semi-hard object maybe half a cm and it is directly above the superior lacrimal punctum.
