poor vision after cataract surgery

I had cataract surgery on both my eyes 3 months ago.  My distance vision if good.  However, I cannot read the paper or work on the computer (which is 85% of my job).  I can work on the computer for about 1 hour before I struggle signifcantly to read anything at all.  Both my doctors do not see anything wrong.  I need help.

Please let n=me know if anyone else has these problems.

Likely all you need is a good pair of no line bifocals or a special pair of computer glasses.  Seeing perfect without glasses both distance/near/intermediate is not a realistic expectation for even the most modern surgery. It's only a problem if the vision is not corrected WITH glasses.

Did they set your new IOL lenses for distance? If so you probably need reading glasses.

This is one of my biggest concerns prior to getting surgery. I think I'm going to get my IOLs set for near. How near is the question.
