When i was in 6th grade, I had trouble in reading my book and looking at my ipad. I went to the doctor, and he told me too place my chin on the binocular looking machine. He then said my pupils weren't dilating and he gave me one drop and told me to come after 3 days. I went to the hospital on the third day, and he still mentioned that my pupil wasn't dilating. Then another doctor cam to treat me in which she gave me another drop that made my vision blurry for a day but would be fine in the evening, and she also told me to visit her the week after. She checked my eye and everything seemed to be fine and she had even suggested glasses for me and said that i have a power of +1.5. She told me to have a daily habit of doing exercises and i would also do it quite often. But this blurry vision when doing my exams and reading, had started again. And its been like this for the next 3 years, and im doing my 10th grade now. I told my brother to shine a torch light into my in the dark room and he told me that my pupil's weren't constricting. Can anybody please suggest home remedies andalso mention the seriousness of this issue please

Your description of your pupils makes no sense. You were told they weren't dilating in 6th grade, not you say in 10 they don't dilate.     Your problem is much more likely due to either 'latent hyperopia" (farsighted) or a problem with near work called convergence insufficiency.  You should make an appointment with an Eye MD ophthalmologist, not a non-physcian optometrist. When you go in do not let the technicians put any drops in your eyes. Tell they you have been told your pupils don't work right and you want the Eye MD to check personally.  When you go in take photos (paper or on your phone) that show your face 3-5 years ago well enough that the doctor can see the size of the pupils then.   After the eye MD has looked at your pupils tell her/him you wanted to be checked for "convergence insufficiency" and have a post cycloplegic exam for latent hyperopia.  If you have your old reading glasses bring them in.  No home remedies will help this problem.  If necessary print this out along with your post and take in and show the Eye MD and the staff  John C.
