Well now it's your time, I guess. Sorry, I'm a little late. Please understand that I am not paid but donate my time. The 5-year risk of non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy in the fellow eye has been described as 25%  in one study, 17% in a second study, and 15% in a third study.  The risk is higher in men and diabetics.  You can search for aion and risk factors.  The University of Iowa is a center of excellence in this field.
