No sph value on my eyeglass prescripton

Hi Everybody!

So here is the story:

I decided to have my eyes checked due to poor vision. The doctor has prescribed the following:

OD cyl -1.5   axis 010
OS cyl -0.75 axis 170

Does anybody know why I don't have the sph value. Because I see much better with my glasses on, but still I think it could be improved further with sph value.
Please help me if you know :)

Do you think I should get another glasses for reading? Will the values change? I know the pd will, but what about the values for sph,cyl and axis?

The sphere value is zero.  You only have astigmatism.
