PSEUDO PAPILLOEDEMA dizziness, colour diff, floaters

I would really appreciate some help or advice about the following.

I have colour difference left eye paler/dull appears closer, right eye brighter yellow and further away. I also have approx 8 black floaters in front o my eyes, I always put this down to tiredness and a wee quirk of mine, until i got referred to eye specialist by my optician after a check up in march09.
My hubby and i decided to have a reg checkup after my sister 26 diagnosed and treated for occular melonoma in feb09. After having a ct scan, lumber puncture (queiry benign intercranial hypertension), visual field and laser angiograph all came back as normal. I am understandably relieved to have been told I have pseudo papilloedema and that the problem is not with my eyes.
However, the consultant is writing to neurology dr for a mri scan to be done, have approx. mid sept. I am concerned as I just recently returned from holiday end july feeling dizzy like on a boat or tipsy, when move eyes or head, I lose balance like I'm moving even when sitting or lying down, making me feel nauseous and am finding it harder to focus. I had thought I was dehydrated, had vertigo or felt unbalanced due to ears but it is still really bad. My GP says my ears are clear and should settle but is unsure if it is connected with what the consultants are investigating...

1. Can you please tell me if the dizziness is related to the pseudo papilloedema?

2. Should I be worried about my symptoms?

3. What should I do next/who should I speak to/what questions should I ask?

If possible I would suggest you consult a neuroophthalmologist. Confirm DX of pseudopapilledema, find out why dizzy, find out why color differences.

1. Psuedopapilledema should not cause dizziness.
2. Yes
3.  neurologist or neuroophthalmologist
