Permanent Puffy Spot Under One Eye Socket

Twenty one years ago, I was assaulted by a "lefty".  By the next day, my right eye was swollen completely shut.  Once the swelling subsided, the white of my eye was blood red.  I always had mild fatty deposits under each eye socket, over each cheekbone.  But ever since the trauma, the fatty deposit under my right eye is three times the size of that of my left.  What would this consist of?  Fluid?  Further fatty tissue?  If the latter, then would Cryolipolysis be an option for minimizing this?  It offsets my facial features and bothers me.  Thanks.

Could be fluid, fatty tissue, or combination of both, although based on history of trauma would likely be fatty tissue prolapsing out due to weakness in the connective tissue that would typically hold back the tissue.  Hard to say without a clinical exam so I would recommend being evaluated by an oculoplastics specialist to determine the cause and subsequent treatment.
