You definitely need to see your medical doctor regarding the blood in your stool. This may be related to the Ibuprofen, but you should not assume that. Eye pain is never normal; see an ophthalmologist.
It's hard to say if the three conditions are related.
In terms of the blood, if you took a lot of ibuprofen, aspirin or Naproxen it could have the effect of thinning your blood (making it take longer to clot) which can contribute to blood in the stool.
You should be careful not to overdose on pain relievers because even though they are available over the counter, too much of these drugs at one time can damage your liver among other problems.
If I were you, I'd go see my primary care doctor right away, and mention all three symptoms. A doctor who can examine you in person and order any necessary tests is in the best position to diagnose what happened and whether the symptoms are related. Good luck; I hope you feel better soon.
