Post cataract surgery and feeling as though looking out of a dirty window

I had cataract surgery 9 days ago. I had a monofocal lens for distance implanted. My vision has settled somewhat, I was seeing double print but this has more or less resolved.
My question is, why can I see hundreds of little water marks like dried water on a window. Mostly all tiny dots with two larger lines. Mostly these are to the right of my right eye but some are directly in front of the pupil in my direct line of vision. I’ve experienced floaters before and this does not feel like floaters.
The odd thing is I that whilst I had some of these transparent dots prior to my two stitch removal procedure on Monday, the two lines appeared that evening.
My surgeon has told me I had a very mature cataract with lots of fibrosis and that the capsule was not polished as she considered this risky. She explained that this can all be dealt with by a laser treatment in 3 months.
My question is how can I be sure it’s the capsule and not the outside of the lens that is actually dirty? The lens was irrigated prior to insertion. Is it possible that I am seeing dried water on the lens?
In the evening it’s less troublesome under artificial light conditions but during the day it’s extremely difficult not to focus on these dots.
Please can someone advise what this might be?

A few months back I had done the same surgery in Toronto. I've chosen this eye surgery as it has a low complication rate and offers a high degree of patient satisfaction. When I consulted an eye specialist he had performed a comprehensive screening examination to determine if the floaters cause sufficient impairment of my visual function. After the examination, he suggested surgery and I've done that. Although the results are not immediate, they usually resolve gradually over a period of weeks to months. This eye surgery eliminated 9https://www.clearviewinstitute.com/ ) the visual disturbance caused by floaters after few months. If you need to do the surgery, schedule an appointment and speak with the specialist.

Thanks, my surgeon said this was normal and will settle down. I have to say it’s very difficult not to focus on them.
I will seek an expert opinion back in U.K. when I can get back there.
I had to have the Op as my cataract had progressed rapidly. I was surprised to get it at my age.
Anyone reading this.  If at all possible have your cataract surgery done in your area where you have access to the surgeon during the healing process.  I have had patients walk in my office with horrible problems that had their surgery done thousands of miles away, sometimes in another country. It is not ethical to operate on a patient that cannot return for follow up and it is dumped on a local surgeon.

For reasons that are obvious and also pertain to legal problems, we do not offer opinions in the immediate post operative period. You will need to direct this to your surgeon.

Ok thank you. I had surgery abroad, with somewhat of a language barrier due to the pandemic situation and just wanted to know if this is a common experience or not.
