Post intra laze surgery recovery

Hi I had intra laze in both eyes done last Thursday. They are both a little blurry a week later. My left eye blurry more then the right eye. How long does it take to get my vision back 100% in both eyes usually? I went and saw the doctor and he prescribe me some sort of steroid to help. What could that possibly due? It's a pill form

He said it was "interesting " but too soon to know anything ... Is that common? He said steroids help with inflammation but is that common? Is it common to still be blury and have one eye worse then the other? Is that common?
