Pressure behind left eye

My husband has been having pressure behind his left eye.  It does not hurt all the time.  Drinking a beer seems to bring it on and it will be very strong for about 20 minutes before the pressure / pain eases.  Any suggestions as to what could be causing it?

If he only has the problem when he drinks beer then I'm not kidding about stopping drinking beer. If it occurs at other times and is a big problem see a neuroophthalmologist. Find one a t  www.aao.org

He has been to both.  His blood pressure is good but his cholesterol is above 300.  He has also seen his eye doctor and his pressure amount was over 20 but he still is not sure what is going  on.  Any more suggestions.  Also his MD took some blood nad urine samples.

Could be a variety of things perhaps related to blood pressure. I would put a hold on drinking beer and see a MD for a general physical plus an Eye MD for a medical eye exam.
