Pressure behind the eye for about 13 years

It has been about 13 years ago my right eye would puff out every time i bend over,Back then my doctor sent me to a eye doctor and they said they did not see anything wrong. So i said ok sense it is not to bad and comes and goes within months at a time i just lived with it,But now in the past 3 years it has got worse. To were i get headaches where the pressure behind my eye hurts my eye socket to.I try to explain my feelings of how it does but they keep doing different tests and come up with nothing. Then they finally did a mri with contrast and just gave me infection medicine.I have tried so many different kinds of infection medicine and it never gets better. Here is the story of what i deal with on my eye.

When i bend over my right eye puffs out and hurts,When i lay down to bed my right eye does the same when i lay on my right side. When the day starts with my eye i get sharp pains sometimes real bad and now the weird thing that has start with it about 3 years ago is the days my eye is not hurting the tip of my tongue itches so bad that i make a place on my tongue from itching it with my teeth. When this has stopped the eye starts back,This is everyday,Few days with my eye then few days with tongue.Back and forth all the time now,And i do not know what else to do.I know a lot will say Sinusitis,But can that also make my tongue to do what it does to?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear Dianna111,

I would recommend that you seek the care of a neuro-ophthalmologist to assist in making the diagnosis.
