what cause subtle cracked lines in high myopia eye with current PVD ?

Hello,
I am 33 year old with very high myopia (-15, axial length of 35 mm). I have had PVD in my right eye for the last 2 years but it haven't been completed yet.
I got 5 anti-VEGF intravitreal injection to treat CNV on this eye over the last 2 years. The last 2 injections are in a series of 3 injections over 3 months.
When I look at an Amsler grid, here is what I saw:

1) blind spot, it is lager than normal due to my high myopia
2) CNV spot on the right side, close to macular, which is reduced in size after injection but is still there
3) CNV spot, above 2, on the right side, close to macular which is being treated, also reduced in size
I have discussed with my retinal specialist about the
My main concern is 4, and 5. Both are very subtle lines that originate from optic nerve and run across my the field of my  vision which I can only observe when I pay very close attention when blinking or after waking up. The end of 4 is where my CNV spots located. It seems to me that they are cracks that open from optic nerve and propagate into the center of my retina
I have talked to my retinal specialist but he doesnt really pay attention to 4,5. I would like to know what may cause those in my eye. I am afraid that they are early indication of tears in my retinal and would like to have preventive measure before it is too late.
Thank you very much in advance

If they were tears in your retina it would be easy for the retina surgeon to see. Might be folds in retina but more likely under certain cirumstances you are seeing the superior and inferior temporal arteries and veins.  Get a picture of a retina. Note the optic nerve, then the macula then note how the major arteries and veins have the same size and shape as what you are noticing. I think it unlikely its a threat to your vision.
