Thank you for your answer. His son checked by an ophthalmologist and result is white pupil but my friend have not got money to go on so he comes back his countryside. The son needs to be checked by an ophthalmologist, ideally a retina specialist. The white pupil could be due to a mature cataract, a tumor within the eye, a condition call persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous and some other.
