Thanks so much for your response. But if we dont operate on Fuchs Dystrophy, will it make the vision worse in future. My mom feels her vision is getting better. Little worried on this.

Your mom should try 5% sodium chloride eye drops during the day and ointment at bedtime (Muro-128 from Bausch and Lomb) to pull fluid from the cornea and help to improve her vision.

Actually this another doctor say Corneal Edema, Is it same as Fuchs Distrophy...How are they different?
