Question regarding dry eyes
Is the presence of visible bloodvessels, even if they are few and far between, in the eye a symptom of dry eyes? Is the sensation of grittiness and fatigue within eyes after a long day of working on a computer a symptom of dry eyes?

Thanks for the answer. So Doctor, the grittiness I feel at the top of my eyeball and just at the top is due to dry eyes?
