is corneal neuralgia real? Serum, or plasma eye drops

1: Corneal neuropathic pain, or corneal neuralgia, is it real? or it just a dry eye syndrome.

2: Which is more helpful to the corneal nerve regeneration, platelet rich plasma eye drops, or autologous serum eye drops.

I told you before I have not had any experience treating this and therefor can offer no further insights. A cornea specialist can answer these questions during a consultation.

I thought we talked about neurotrophic keratitis not a corneal neuropathy.
Neurotrophic keratitis is a type of corneal neuropathy.    "Kerato-" means cornea
Hagan, MD

With all due respect, this is not true. The causes of corneal neuropathy are refractive surgery (LASIK, PRK, FEMTO LASIK, LASEK, etc.), dry eye disease, Sjögren’s Syndrome, neuralgia associated with a herpes virus, benzalkonium chloride (BAK) preserved eye drops, accutane, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. A patient with corneal neuralgia has no corneal staining, no visible symptoms of the slit-lamp. A patient with neurotropic keratitis most often has some sort of staining in the first stage, and epithelium defects in stages 2, and 3.
