Red blood cells in vision??

One day Following a diode laser treatment my vision became amber in color. Doctor said it is due to red blood cells? My vision has been very cloudy in the morning and may get a little better at around 3 pm each day. Still have an amber tint when viewing a white cell phone screen. Coming home from the doctor vision was better but still amber. Said it could be months before it clears up?????

Is there anything I can do to reduce this effect, or make healing go quicker. Anything at home or am I just screwed till this decides to clear up on its own.
