I've had terribly red eyes (both) every time I wake up for a month now. The outer corner of my right eye is sore even in daytime, and I can see some veins reaching from my corner of eyes to center. They're not normally there. Sometimes my right eye has throbbing pain in addition to soreness. I've seen two doctors. The first one prescribed me eye drops containing hydrocortisone and chloramphenicol. Didn't help. The second doctor told me to use lubricating eye drops. Those didn't help either.
I usually wear contact lenses, but haven't worn them for a bit over month now, obviously. My condition hasn't been getting better, perhaps mildly worse. I'm at a loss what to do. I had iritis a couple of times when I was around 20, but this doesn't feel like it. I'm a 27 year old male.
I've seen three MDs and one eye doctor. After two different antibiotics treatments and a load of lubricating drops, the redness is still there, and I'm still feeling sort of dull soreness in my right eye's corner. Also under it.
The doctors have said they haven't really seen anything wrong with my eyes, and I'm getting very frustrated about this :|
