a question about an opthamologist

Can an opthamologist tell by running tests in their office and by observation is someone has adie's pupil or not? Also, I had a ct scan of my brain and it came back good. Can an opthamologist see if a tumor is pressing on something and making one's pupil larger than the other?

Yes regarding Adie's Tonic Pupil and Yes regarding tumor on 3rd nerve if the ophthalmologist has the MRI scan to view.
Sincerely,
Timothy D. McGarity, M.D.

Would a CT scan of the brain detect a tumor on the 3rd nerve. I didn't have an MRI it was a CT.
