Retinal Detachment surgery with a Crystalens implant

I am currently recovering from retinal detachment surgery. I am 48, female, and had a cataract removed March 2009 with a Crystalens implant. The Dr. tore the Vitreous sac and the gel leaked. Went on to have YAG Capsulotomy, Vitrectomy, and Pupilloplasty. Finally, December 2009 had PRK to fine tune my vision. Was seeing 20/25 three weeks after surgery. One week later my retina tore in two places and detached. I am a week post op and my vision is slowly  coming back. My question is, could the retinal detachment surgery cause my Crystalens to shift positions? This is why I had the PRK because the other surgeries caused the lens to vault. I'm afraid I won't get back to 20/25. If any one can answer this, please email me at ***@****. Thank you!

Hi, I forgot to tell you, he also inserted a bubble to help seal the detachment. It is getting smaller each day. I think it was a gas bubble.

I didn't have the buckle, he did a posterior vitrectomy and did the cryosurgery. Could that still change the Crystalens position? By the way, thank you for replying!

Yes RD especially if scleral buckle done could make it change position and not focus as well.
