Retinal holes and tears

Hi, I was reading about the holes and tears, because I have them in my left eye.
It like this:

On periphery (down) from 5 to 8 hours there is lattice degeneration with very small atrophic holes, and temporary on 3h there are three smaller round holes/ruptures.
They are all sealed with laser (ALP).

Because I'm having flashes (lightning bolts) when I'm walking beside white wall or any brighter wall or objects, I'm a bit scared that there will be something worse... My doc's (all of them retinal specialists) told me not to worry, that the holes have been sealed very good, and one doc told me that I pray to God that it doesn't "break" (burst)....
This is what scared me, the part wits breaking, I'm guessing he meant on PVD.
I read that some holes are very dangerous, and can you tell me from the information that I gave you, are my holes in the places that are very dangerous. And what happens if PVD occurs, are those laser barrages enough to hold retina and prevent RD or not?

Vision on that eye is 20/20, and other eye has retinal detachment, prior to that there was macular degeneration that hasn't been treated, and it lead to the RD.

Oh, and my age is 26.

Thank you for your help and reply in advance.

Round hole and lattice do not need to be treated.  Use the search function I have commented on this many times.
