Scar on my eye due to keratoconus

I'm a 24 years old female. I was detected with keratoconus at the age of 12, and it grew rapidly with my age. Since then I was using the regular RGP lens, 8 months ago I bought a pair of mini scleral lens (diameter - 16 mm).
I'm sick of the contacts and want to get rid of it. I'm looking for a permanent solution  that can restore my vision without lens or glasses. My doctor says that my eyes are very sensitive and I have got scars on my eye.
Can a corneal transplant be performed on me? Or any other procedure like INTACS?
Kindly counsel.
Thanks & Regards

K conus is a serious eye disease. A corneal transplant is a huge operation that takes over a year to heal, has multiple complications and you certainly will need to wear glasses or contacts or both.  Intacs are not usually helpful.  I suggest you find another cornea surgeon to get a second opinion from about your options.  None of them will be easy or simple.
