Severe Eye Strain Causing Migraines

Currently suffering from a chronic eye strain condition that has been with me for over 12 months, all efforts made to treat the condition has not improved my condition if anything it has only aggravated the condition further.  I have had full head and neck scans the results returned nothing eye related.  I have had prescription glasses (by 4 sets), eye drops and eye gel's.  I have been treated for Rosacea (anti-byotic's) in the eye balls.  The symptoms include, strain/pain in the muscles above LH eye, eyes, eye ball sockets and muscles and neck which I also have severe pain.  I have not watched Television or worked on computers for over a year, I cannot drive a car or look at a screen without experiencing severe pain & migraines, the only way of relief is by sleeping.  I am really hoping there is someone that can help my condition, any help would be greatly appreciated.

John, thank you for your feedback, do you know someone that would know the best neuro-ophthalmologist in Australia? We live in a small country town 1000km from the nearest major city, finding a specialist in the field is somewhat difficult & time consuming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Suggest you bundle your records and head for the most famous and well known Department of Ophthalmology in Australia and see their neuro-ophthalmologist (or book a flight to Baltimore to the Wilmer Institute of Johns Hopkins or U of Miami Bascom Palmer Eye Institute).
