Slight worry with bilateral phaco

I had right eye cataract surgery two weeks ago and left eye a 5 days ago.  First eye was brilliant from day after surgery.  Second eye definitely more blurry.  Halo effect gone now and grittiness, but still vision in that eye is not as good as the first eye.  Will it improve or is that it now?

Yes using your eyes for computer, TV, movies will not hurt or damage the eyes.

Thanks that is a relief to hear, it's just that with new lenses I thought both eyes would be brilliant!  I will wait and see.  Is computer work ok?

It usually takes 4-6 weeks for an eye to heal from cataract by phacoemulsification. Most people have one eye this is dominant and sees better. This is true both before and after cataract surgery.
