white pupil in photo

can anyone advise me on this photo of my little nephew got an appointment tommorow to have him checked this and another photo showed white pupil ,, i noticed it last night took the photo to a no of opticians who all said get it checked asap,, tommorow was the earliest appointment we could get,,it there any other reason why white pupil would show on a photo ,, or is it something to be seriously worried about,, im so worried he means the world to me,,http://www.medhelp.org/user_photos/list/1561890

A white pupil can mean something seriously wrong inside the eye. HOWEVER sometimes eyes that are perfect can create a white reflex. Hopefuly the ophthalmologist that checks him will find a normal eye. Let us know.

thankyou took him to the doctor today who said there was absolutly nothing there so it was certainly a strange reflection and nothing more thank god,, still glad we checked ,, because i know a lot of children are not so lucky sadly,,

We have found a number of retinoblastomas, congential and juvenile cataracts, PPHV, toxocara canis, retina colobomas here but many children just turn out to have "funny" reflections causing the problem.
