Spec in vision

I'm a 19 year old guy, have had this for atleast 2 years. So in my vision, slightly off from the center, when I quickly look over a white background I see a little bright spec appear and then vanish. It doesn't appear when I'm just looking at anything, include white, I need to flick my vision around. Does not appear on amsler grid, no eye care doctor has had a issue with my question. When I stare straight and slowly bring my finger up infront of my vision, I can make this spec briefly appear as my eyes adjust between re-focusing my finger now being close to my eye. I swear the spot has a hint of colours in it. It DID grow at one point, then completely vanished and then reappeared, and now it is half the size of what it was two years ago. The only answers I have gotten so far arre: some floaters can be specs/colours, it's my virtuous humour slightly pulling and I've become aware of it, and lastly it's a tiny tiny retinal bleed healing. I use to relate it to the forum about ''bright spot when blinking'' but I'm not sure if they're seeing the same thing.

There are dozens of posts like that over the years. Even one with over a thousand responses who left and formed their own Facebook group.  Virtually all have had multiple normal eye exams.  Most stable over many years. Most of these are explained by hyper or sudden awareness of entoptic phenomena.  Section on same on Wikipedia excellent.
