Strange floater in eye wont go away

Hi.
I noticed today a small floater. Its not like the ones you normally get. Its more like the type of floater you get when you stare at a light bulb for a while. But this one is in my left eye just to the left of my central vision and in a few hours it seems to have not gone away  (or got worse).
It appears to slightly make straight lines bendy as well.
Going to have it checked tomorrow but just wondering if anyone has any idea what it might be.
Thanks

Got it checked and there is a small bump on my macula. Need further tests and scans to find out exactly what.
Hoping its not macula degeneration as im only 22, feeling depressed and hopeless, cant see a way out
