Over the past 6 months or so I get random green spots in my vision when I blink. They last maybe a day or two and then turn into permanent blink spots. I have a few little ones in each eye, 1 large one in my left eye and one large one in my right eye, and a long permanent black line that distorts images. I have had floaters for about seven years so I know the difference between stationary spots and floaters. I have a great opthamologist who I see every year for my optic nerve drusen. After one of these episodes where I see green spots I had a dialated eye exam and he said everything looked the same. Nothing out of the ordinary but the optic nerve drusen. I have also been to a retinal specialist who did a OCT and a detailed eye exam and also said everything looked fine. The spots and line do show up on a amsler grid and are getting to be progressive. I am 30 years old, high blood pressure, and bradycardia. I have had 2 MRIs and they have proved to be normal. Should I ask for a fluorescent angiography just to make sure nothing has been overlooked behind the retina? Could my high blood pressure and bradycardia be affecting the veins in my eyes? I have also had optical migraines since my early 20s and put on blood pressure medication to controll them and have since been off blood pressure medication for about 6 years now.
