left eye blurry not correctable by glasses
i had an accident when i was very young and i am now 22.
my left eye has been blurry ever since, and i cant read with it at all.
i could see and everything with color. but its just too blurry to read any characters at any distance.
its not correctable by any glasses either.
what is this issue called? and can it be fixed with todays medical practices?

i cant afford to get a check up anytime soon by an ophthalmologist,
but i do want to mention ill be having my medicals soon by the military to see if i even qualify to join.
but what is my issue called?
additional information about my eye is when i get tired it moves to the right.
if its so blurry to a point that i cant read any characters at any distance what is this problem called? or what number of vision is this? i think the worst vision to qualify is 20/400?
