Suddenly 3 floaters

I recently just got 3 different floaters in my left eye. I’ve had to have metal sparks removed from that eye on multiple occasions, but have never had any floaters. All of a sudden I got a dark floater in my eye so I went to get it checked out. The eye doctor said the Retna looked good and the gel was pulled away a little, but that was common with aging. I am 28 years old though. I have recently counted that I have 3 floaters in that eye though if I look at the sky and one of them is directly in my line of sight all the time almost. What would cause this out of the blue? Should I be concerned that I already have 3 floaters? I went to the eye doctor 3 weeks ago when he checked my retna.

Floaters occur roughly at the rate of about 10% of people each decade after about age 10 so roughly 20% of people your age have floaters higher in those that are myopic or nearsighted.  No medication will dissolve floaters. Most people get use to them and don't notice them after a while.
