Suggest me

Im 21 year old student and having below spectacle prescriptions
    right eye                         left eye
Cylindric  AXIS  VA         Cylindric  AXIS   VA    
-0.25        40     6/6          -1.0         170    6/6
Now my question is should i wear glasses regularly for this prescription??

But some people say there is a possibility of increase in eye power if we don't wear glasses regularly ..is tat true?

There is no way I can answer that for sure. It's not a strong RX. General guidelines if it helps you see better or prevents eye strain then wear them, if they don't help much and you don't like them it will not damage the eye not to wear.
