We usually called it a tilted disc and it is an inherited trait where the optic nerve is a little imperfect with a tilted or oblique appearance to the optic nerve head. It can be associated with nearsightedness and glaucoma and some reduction in the peripheral vision. You should be monitored by an ophthalmologist to make sure you don't have glaucoma or a loss of peripheral vision. There is no specific problem that you need to worry about - just know that generally it can sometimes be tricky to tell if you have glaucoma and you could have some reduction of peripheral vision in typical cases.
