Tiny brown spot on sclera of left eye

2 months ago I suffered from eye itchiness for a week after using my mac laptop continuously for days.  I noticed I developed a tiny brown spot on the sclera of my left eye. I have one such brown spot from birth on my right eye too. I did go for a regular eye checkup after that but forgot to mention it to my ophthalmologist.  Ophthalmologist tested my eye  regularly and also checked me for LASIK surgery and said looks fine. I am now a bit concerned after reading online articles that brown spots may be signs of nevus which could develop into melanoma. Please help.  How common is melanoma in such cases. I am 33 male, Asian Indian. I am not exposed to sunlight a lot as I work in office all day long. Also no family history of melanoma or skin disease.

It is extraordinarily unlikely that this will develop into a melanoma it's usually a simple freckle.
